Answering System Operation
B. To record a memo in individual Mailbox (1, 2, 3, 4)
1. Press a mailbox button, the corresponding mailbox indicator will blink.
2. Press and hold down the MEMO button to record your memo.
3. Begin speaking right after you hear the tone. Do not release the button
until you have completed your memo.
4. Release the MEMO button once your memo is completed.
The system advances the message count automatically before the actual
message recording. Length of message less than 3 seconds will not be
counted. Day and time are automatically stamped at the end of the
message.

Playing Back of Messages/Memos

1. To play messages/memos in primary mailbox.
Press the PLAY button, the system will play all NEW messages/memos.
Press the PLAY button again, the system will play all messages from the
first message to the recently recorded one.
2. To play messages/memos in individual mailbox (1, 2, 3, 4).
Press a mailbox button, the corresponding mailbox indicator starts to blink,
then press the PLAY button. The system will play all NEW messages/
memos. Press the PLAY button again, the system will play all messages/
memos from the first message to the recently recorded one.
Note: Lit mailbox light indicates the existence of message(s).
3. To interrupt a message.
Press the STOP button once while playing a message. To continue playing
the message where you stopped, press the PLAY button.
4. To repeat a message/memo.
Press the REPEAT button while playing a message. The system moves
back to the beginning of the current message being played.
5. To skip message/memo.
Press the SKIP button once. The system stops playing, moves to the
next message/memo and resumes playback. The system advances one
message/memo each time you press the SKIP button.
