using AD/LDAP/RADIUS accounts.

1. Check the configuration of the controller and RADIUS server.
2. Check the port number of RADIUS server
3. Ping the external RADIUS server and AP
4. Information collection and report the issue to the HQ.
5. Analysis for System logs and Packets.
