Good Day 4202 series - Pick up arm picks up DVD after imaging but will not release onto printer tray. Makes a continuous grinding sound. A light tape rests the arm release the DVD. Must repeat process every time. Is this a repairable issue.

    2017 Bravo 4200 Series Disc Publisher Service Manual 1 ▪ Cover Loosen 4 screws securing back of cover. Remove 3 screws securing front of cover. Slide picker and carrier to middle of printer.
