Convection Cooking

The convection mode uses dry heat to cook and
brown foods. A high-speed fan circulates hot air
inside the oven to heat food quickly and evenly.
Convection cooking is ideal for foods that require
browning or crisping coupled with a short cooking
time. When cooking with the convection feature, use
the short metal rack to elevate food so that air can
circulate completely around the dish.
