During operation, the fan motor in the outdoor unit may stop running
under high temperatures.

When one unit is selected in fan mode and others are heating, the fan
may stop to prevent hot air being moved around.

Display Function
1. When in stand-by, the LED display will show the amount of indoor units communicating with the outdoor unit.
2. When the unit is in operation, the LED display will show the frequency value of the compressor.
3. When the unit is in defrost, the LED will display 'df'.
4. The power cord type designation is H07RN-F.

Failure of Protection Type
4.7 Defrost in the heating operation
•
During heating operation, frost can accumulate on the outdoor unit.
To increase efficiency, the unit will start defrosting for approximately
2-10minutes depending on the amount of accumulated frost. The
frost will then thaw and drip away from the unit.
•
During defrosting, outdoor unit and indoor unit fans will periodically
stop.
