With the help of the following notes, minor faults in the performance of the
appliance, some of which may result from incorrect operation can be put right
without contacting Miele. Please note that a call-out fee will be applied to
unnecessary service visits where the problem could have been rectified as
described in these operating instructions.
Installation work and repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out
by a suitably qualified and competent person in strict accordance with current
local and national safety regulations. Do not attempt to open the casing of the
appliance. Repairs and other work by unqualified persons could be dangerous
and Miele cannot be held liable for unauthorised work.

Remedy
mains fuse box (minimum
fuse rating - see data
plate).
Disconnect the appliance
from the electricity supply
for approx. 1 minute. To do
this:
– switch off at the isolator,
or
– disconnect the mains
fuse.
Reset the trip switch in the
mains fuse box, and switch
the appliance back on. If it
still will not switch on,
contact a qualified
electrician or Miele.
