When the telephone
rings, pick up the handset
and answer it.

If you hear a fax tone, or
if the person on the other
end asks you to receive a
document, press
START/COPY.

Replace the handset.

Receiving in TEL/FAX Mode

Press RCV. repeatedly
until the lamp flashes.
The LCD briefly displays
the message ÒTEL/FAX
MODEÓ,
then asks if you want to
use outgoing greeting
message.
