Loading a Document

Turn the document face
down.

Insert the leading edge of
the document into the
feeder slot.
The LCD briefly displays
the message ÔDOCUMENT
LOADINGÕ.
Then, the LCD asks you
to choose a proper
contrast, if required.

If required, choose a
proper contrast for the
document, by pressing
à or ¨.

If required, choose a
proper resolution for the
document by pressing
RESOL. until you find the
desired mode.
