Call transfer
During a call, you can transfer the call to a third party.
A call can be transferred in any of the following two modes:
Blind transfer
A call is transferred to a third party directly.
Consult transfer
A call is transferred to a third party after the third party answers the call.
NOTE
If the call transfer fails, you can press Resume to resume your call.

BLIND TRANSFER
Step 1
Press Transfer during a call.
The call is placed on hold.
Step 2
Enter or select a number.
• Enter the number of a third party, press More to navigate to Done, and press Done.
• Press the Up arrow or Down arrow button to select a contact, press Contact to select
a contact in the contact list, or press History to select a contact in the call history,
and press Done.
NOTE
Before the third party answers the call you have transferred in blind mode, you can also perform
the blind transfer operation on a call carried over another line.

CONSULT TRANSFER
Step 1
Press Transfer during a call.
The call is placed on hold.
Step 2
Enter the number of a third party, press the Up or Down arrow button to select a contact,
press Contact to select a contact in the contact list, or press History to select a contact in
the call history.
Step 3
Press Call.
After the third party answers the call, ask him or her whether to answer the call.
Step 4
If the third party accepts the call, press Done or directly hang up.
