ASM button(Manual & Scene mode button)
❾✃ You can use the ASM button to select the desired scene in the Scene mode.
❾➴ Using the ASM button in the Scene mode
1. Rotate the MODE DIAL to select the Scene mode
2. Press the ASM button and then a menu will be
displayed as shown alongside. Press the left/right button
to select a desired scene.
- Selectable scene menu :
Portrait, Children, Landscape, Text, Close-up, Sunset,
Dawn, Backlight, Fireworks and Beach & Snow.

3. Press the ASM or OK button to confirm the selection.

LCD button

❾✃ You can check the recording status in the LCD monitor.
Toggle the LCD button in shooting mode (except in voice
recording mode) to display the next LCD information
displayed.

❾✃ If the LCD monitor is turned off, the mode dial lamp will light up.
