-When in RUN STATE, to LOCK the chronograph, press
and hold "LIGHT" pusher for 3 seconds, display will now
show "LOCKED" below your chronograph. This feature
prevents accidental button push and interference with
your chronograph function during physical activity.
-To exit LOCKED state, press and hold "LIGHT" pusher
for 3 seconds.
