The power failure sensor can also be used with wireless alerts (SK623 & SK632)
and wireless sirens (SK626). This can be useful for monitoring the power in a critical
electrical circuit. For example power to a basement sump pump .
NOTE: a siren has limited functionality when using battery power.
To link the power failure sensor with Auto Dialers, Alerts or Sirens
1. Plug the Power failure Sensor into a wall socket. Set the sound to OFF.

2. Follow the instructions included with the receiver (Auto Dialer, Alert or Siren)
to place the unit into "LEARN" mode.
(Fig.2)
SK634
SK664
SK626
3. While the receiver is in "LEARN" mode unplug the Power Failure Sensor. This
will cause the Power Failure Sensor to send a wireless signal to the receiver.
4. The receiver will respond with a long "beep" confirming the signal from the
Power Failure Sensor has been "learned".
Four short beeps means the signal was not received.
The sensor may be out of range - move the sensor closer to the receiver.
The zone on the receiver may already be full - check to make sure that the
signal is being "learned" by an open zone.
