Declaration of Conformity

This is to certify that the following equipment complies with all rele-
vant Essential Health and Safety Requirements of the Radio and
Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Directive 1999/5/EC and
the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EC as amended by 93/68/EC.

A "technical file" is retained by Iridium Satellite LLC. Related test
reports are available upon request directly from Iridium Satellite LLC.
The 9522A L-band transceiver is declared conformant only if it is
used in the configuration tested and if the L-band transceiver is used
as described in the 9522A User Guide.
