4. Using the StoreJet with Windows Connecting StoreJet to a Computer 1. Power on your computer. 2. As the below picture shows, connect the Drive’s USB cable to your computer’s USB port. 3. For StoreJet 35, please connect the DC Power Adapter cable to the round DC socket on the back of your StoreJet 35. -

To use the StoreJet on a macOS operating system and use it with Time Machine, you must reformat the drive to a HFS+ partition. Please refer to FAQ-701 on our website : https://us.transcend-info.com/Support/FAQ-701 If you plan to regularly use the drive with both Windows and macOS, we recommend formatting the drive to the exFAT file system. -

8. Recycling and Environmental Protection Recycling the Product (WEEE): Your product is designed and manufactured with high quality materials and components, which can be recycled and reused. Under special circumstances, Transcend may refund or credit the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made. The decision made by Transcend shall be final and binding upon you. Transcend may refuse to provide inspection, repair or replacement service for products that are out of warranty, and will charge fees if these services are provided for out-of-warranty products.
