Q: Can I put the chair on a wood floor?
A: Yes. However, because the chair could damage the floor surface we recommend laying a carpet
or something similar under the chair.
Q: I spilled water on the chair. What should I do?
A: There is danger of electric shock. Immediately stop using the chair and do the following:
• Turn off the main power switch on the back left of the chair.
• Unplug the power from the wall outlet.
• Contact Positive Posture for assistance.
Q: How do I make the massage stronger?
A: Try either of the following things:
• Sit back further in the chair so that your weight is against the reclining seat back.
• Lower the reclining seat back.
Q: How do I make the massage lighter?
A: Try raising the reclining seat back.
