How to Use the Battery Pack

Battery (Pack) Installation / Ejection

It is recommended you purchase one or more additional battery packs to allow
continuous use of your CAM.
To insert the battery pack
Slide the battery pack into the groove until it clicks.
To eject the battery pack
Pull the [Battery Eject] button to eject the battery pack.

Notes
✤ Clean the terminals to remove foreign substances
before inserting the battery pack.
✤ If the CAM will not be in use for a while, remove
the battery pack from the CAM.
To insert the batteries for External Camera Module
1. Open the battery compartment door after setting the door
open switch to <BATT.OPEN
2. Install two AAA size batteries. Make sure to match the "+" and
"-" ends of the batteries with the diagram inside the compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment door, and then set the door
open switch to the opposite side of <BATT.OPEN

✤ Properly dispose of the expired batteries. Contact your local government or
community disposal service for disposal practices in your area. Keep them
away from small children.
✤ Do not mix old and new batteries. When replacing the batteries, replace
them both.
✤ If the External Camera Module will not be in use for a while, remove the
batteries.
✤ Do not insert a foreign material or electric conducting material in the battery
compartment. It can cause device failure.
✤ Do not open the battery cover with an excessive force. The connected cable

may become disconnected.

Uso de la batería
Instalación y extracción de las baterías
Se recomienda adquirir una o más baterías para poder utilizar la CAM de forma
continua.
Para insertar la batería
Deslice la batería en la ranura hasta que emita un chasquido.
Para expulsar la batería
Tire del botón [Battery Eject] para expulsar la batería.
Notas
✤ Limpie el terminal para eliminar sustancias
extrañas antes de insertar la batería.
✤ Si no va a utilizar la CAM durante un tiempo, retire
la batería de la CAM.
Para instalar las baterías en el módulo de cámara exterior
1. Open the battery compartment door after setting the door
open switch to <BATT.OPEN
2. Instale dos baterías del tamaño AAA. Compruebe que los
extremos "+" y "-" de las baterías coinciden con el diagrama
indicado en el compartimiento.
3. Close the battery compartment door, and then set the door
open switch to the opposite side of <BATT.OPEN

✤ Deshágase de las baterías vencidas de forma adecuada. Póngase en
contacto con el servicio de basuras de su zona para obtener información
sobre la normativa de resíduos. Mantenga las baterías fuera del alcance de
los niños.
✤ No mezcle las baterías usadas con las nuevas. Cuando cambie las baterías,
reemplace las dos.
✤ Si no utiliza el modulo de cámara externa durante un tiempo, conviene
extraer las baterías.
✤ No introduzca un material extraño o conductor de la electricidad en el
compartimiento de las baterías. Puede provocar problemas en el dispositivo.
✤ No abra la cubierta de las baterías con una fuerza excesiva. Puede que se
desconecte el cable de conexión.
