DVD Camcorder: Thumbnail index and Playlist

What is the Thumbnail Index?

 The thumbnail index displays multiple titles scenes
that have been recorded.
 A title scene is created between the points where
you start and stop a recording. Once deleted, you
cannot recover the title scene again.

What's a Playlist?

DVD-RW(VR mode)
 You can create a playlist on the same disc by
gathering your favorite scene from the recorded title
scenes.
You can edit the playlist without changing the original
recordings.
 Even if the playlist is deleted, the original title scenes
remain undeleted.
 Up to 999 title scenes (chapters) can be registered
on a playlist.
Example: You have recorded a few scenes on a DVD-RW
in VR mode. You want to save the original recording, but
you also want to create a digest by putting your favorite
scenes together. In this case, you can create a playlist by
selecting your favorite scenes, leaving the original recording as it is.
A title scene is created between the

¿Qué es el índice de miniaturas?
 El índice de miniaturas muestra varias escenas
del título grabadas.
[1/9]  Un título se crea entre los puntos en los que se
inicia y se detiene una grabación.
Una vez eliminado, no puede recuperar de nuevo
el título.
Descripción de lista de reproducción
 Puede crear una lista de reproducción en el mismo
disco recopilando la escena favorita de los títulos
grabados (listas de títulos).
Puede editar la lista de reproducción sin cambiar las
grabaciones originales.
 Incluso aunque se elimine la lista de reproducción, las
listas de títulos originales permanecen sin eliminarse.
 En una lista de reproducción pueden registrarse hasta
999 escenas de títulos (capítulos).
Ejemplo: Ha grabado algunas escenas en un DVD-RW
en modo VR. Desea guardar la grabación original, pero
también desea crear un compendio colocando juntas las
escenas favoritas. En este caso, puede crear una lista
de reproducción seleccionando únicamente las escenas
favoritas, dejando la grabación original tal y como está.
