Setting the Digital Zoom

Zooming more than 10x is achieved digitally, up to 100X when
combined with optical zoom.
The Digital Zoom processes data to enlarge the center
portion of the image to fill the frame.
It may produce a less detailed and slightly grainy
picture.
1. Press the [POWER] button to turn on the
Sports Camcorder.
◆ The Movie Record screen appears.
2. Press the [MENU] button.
Move the [Joystick] left / right to select <Digital
Zoom>.
3. Move the [Joystick] up / down to select an
option, and then press the [Joystick(OK)].
◆ <On>: Enables digital zoom. Attempts to zoom
in more than 10x will automatically apply
digital zooming. (up to 100x)
◆ <Off>: Disables digital zoom. Only optical zoom
10x will be supported for zooming
4. Press the [MENU] button to exit the menu.
◆ When using the digital zoom switch, a digital
zoom indicator appears on the screen.
[ Note ]
✤ While the menu screen is displayed, pressing the
[Record / Stop] button will move to Movie Record
mode.

El Zoom digital procesa los datos para ampliar la
parte central de la imagen con el fin de rellenar el
cuadro.
Puede producir una imagen ligeramente menos
detallada y granulosa.
1. Presione el botón [POWER] para encender la
Videocámara Deportiva.
◆ Aparece la pantalla de grabación de video.
2. Presione el botón [MENU].
Mueva el [Joystick] a la izquierda / derecha
para seleccionar <Digital Zoom>.
3. Mueva el [Joystick] arriba / abajo para
seleccionar una opción y presione el
[Joystick(OK)].
◆ <On>: habilita el zoom digital. Intentar aplicar
el zoom más de 10x hará que se
aplique automáticamente el zoom
digital. (Hasta 100x)
◆ <Off>: desactiva el zoom digital. Sólo se
admitirá el zoom óptico 10x.
4. Presione el [MENU] para salir del menú.
◆ Al utilizar el interruptor del zoom digital,
aparece en pantalla el indicador del zoom
digital.
[ Nota ]
✤ Mientras aparece el menú en pantalla, si se
presiona el botón [Record / Stop] se pasará al
modo de grabación de video.
