Sliding rail system 
Sliding rails allow the system to be fully extended out of the rack for service and are 
available with or without the optional cable management arm (CMA) and optional strain 
relief bar (provided with the CMA). 
 
Sliding  rails  support  19"  width  tool‐less  mounting,  EIA‐310‐E  compliant  square  hole  and 
unthreaded round hole 4‐post racks. The rails also support tooled mounting in threaded 
hole 4‐post racks, but the rails do not support mounting in 2‐post (Telco) racks

Key factors impacting the fit of the rail in a rack include the spacing between the front and rear 
mounting flanges of the rack, the type and location of any equipment mounted in the back of the 
rack such as power distribution units (PDUs), and the overall depth of the  rack.
