OPERATIONAL GUIDE
• To switch ON and OFF: press ON/OFF ( ).
• To select the range pH, ORP (mV) or ISE: press RANGE.
• To select the pH resolution or to toggle between mV and Rel mV: press
MODE.
• To read contextual help: press HELP.
• To take pH, ORP , relative mV or ISE measurements: connect the electrode's
BNC connector to the appropriate socket, remove the protective cap and immerse
the electrode tip into the sample. For ATC, connect the temperature probe to the
appropriate socket. Stir briefly and wait for the reading to stabilize. For accurate
readings, make sure you have a calibrated meter and a conditioned electrode.
• For temperature compensation:
Automatic - use temperature sensor inside the pH electrode.
Manual - remove the temperature connector and use the ARROW keys to set the
temperature value.
• To enter pH/Rel mV/ISE Calibration mode: press CAL while in pH/Rel mV/
ISE measurement mode.
• To change calibration buffer/standard: press the ARROW keys.
• To clear pH/Rel mV/ISE calibration: press Clear functional key.
pH CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
• Place the probe in the first buffer.
• Wait for "CFM" blinking. Press CFM to accept the calibration point (see Note).
• Follow the above procedure until the fifth calibration point is reached. The
meter returns to measurement mode.
Note: For one, two, three or four-point calibration, press CAL after the
appropriate accepted buffer. The meter returns to measurement
mode.
