    Cleaning the filter Motor protection filter Fig. 16 The black fibre filter bag is located on the underside of the top section of your VO-3000 and protects the motor from dust and debris during dry vacuuming. Fig. 17 This filter can be removed and lightly swilled under cold water to remove any debris. Ensure it is completely dry before replacing.

    Important notes/ troubleshooting 1) If the suction is significantly reduced, the filter may require cleaning. 2) During wet vacuuming, if the float rises and blocks suction, you will notice the change in the sound that the machine makes. This is a safety feature and is intended to prevent continued use when the recovery tank is full of liquid.
