QUESTION

Change the Remote Control Battery

1. Open the Battery Door.
2. Insert one CR2025 size battery.
3. To use the remote control, point it at the remote sensor on the player.

TROUBLESHOOTING

ANSWER
1. Please check that if the power supply is working normally.
2. Ensure that the red status indicator on, change the adapter if not.
Make sure your DVD is connected properly. And all cables are securely inserted
into the appropriate jacks.
