1. Before You Begin
This guide provides basic informa�on to assist you in quickly
ge�ng started. Go to support.oleumtech.com to download the
full User Guide for detailed installa�on and other informa�on.
CAUTION: Field wiring connec�ons shall be made in accordance
with Ar�cle 504 of the Na�onal Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA70.
CAUTION: The Module must be installed within an enclosure
that requires a tool to access. This is to prevent inadvertent
disconnec�on of any of the power wiring, signal wiring or
communica�on cables.

- External Power Source for Module (9-30 Vdc)
- Antenna for Gateway (Bulkhead, Omni, or Yagi)
- Antenna Cable (N to MMCX Connector)
- N to N Antenna Cable and Ligh�ng Arrestor
- External Enclosure for Module (NEMA)
- DIN Rail (35 mm)
- All-in-One Configura�on Cable (SX1000-CC2)
- Technician's Screwdriver (flathead)
- Screwdriver Set
- Any other tools or equipment for proper installa�on
- BreeZ® Configura�on So�ware
- PC with
Microso� Windows® Vista or later
1 GHz or faster processor, 256 MB or more RAM
20 MB hard disk space or more,
USB port, Internet connec�on
3. Configuration Sequence
1. Download and install latest BreeZ® So�ware to PC
2. Create a BreeZ® Project File
3. Power up Module (9-30 Vdc) and wait un�l boot-up
sequence is complete
(LED will turn off once boot-up is complete)
4. Connect Module to PC using SX1000-CC2 cable
Connect black USB connector to PC
Connect black RJ45 connector to Module's config port
5. Iden�fy and select COM Port in BreeZ®
May need to check "Device Manager" on PC
to iden�fy COM Port
6. Update Module with BreeZ® Project File

4. Mounting
1. Remove the two screws in the top plate and carefully
remove the cover. The two moun�ng holes slots should
be visible near the bo�om of the Wireless Mul�-I/O
Module.
2. Mount the Wireless Analog Input Module on a 32mm
(1.26 inch) DIN 1 or 35mm (1.38 inch) DIN 3 rail inside
enclosure in a suitable loca�on. Mount Module in a
loca�on that allows access to connectors for easy
installa�on and service.
