2. Install the I/O card in any DIO slot in the backplane of the com-
puter or any slot in the epander. Ensure that it is fully seated.
3. Connect the interconnect cable to the I/O card connector. The
cable connector key projects outward near the top from each end
of the connector shell. Ensure that this is UP when connecting to
the I/O card or the HP 98700.

4. Connect the other end of the cable to the HP 98700.
