HOW IT WORKS
During the self-cleaning cycle, the oven gets much hotter than ii does
for baking or broiling...approximately 875 F (468' C). This heat breaks
up grease and soil, and burns it off.
The graph shows approximate temperatures and times during a self-
clecning cycle set fortwo hours.
