Changing settings

Troubleshooting

• If you think that there is something wrong with this unit, check the
items in the "Troubleshooting" section on the "Operating
Instructions" of this unit, or access to the following Pioneer DJ
support site, and then refer to [FAQ] of [DDJ-400].

Sometimes the problem may lie in another component. Inspect the
other components and electrical appliances being used. If the
problem cannot be rectified, ask your nearest Pioneer authorized
service center or your dealer to carry out repair work.
• This unit may not operate properly due to static electricity or other
external influences. In this case, proper operation may be restored by
turning off the unit, waiting for 1 minute, then turning on the unit.

About the license key
• Activation with the license key is allowed for up to 2 PC/Mac with the
same account.
• If you are changing to a new PC/Mac, connect to internet, and then
deactivate the license key on the old PC/Mac.
• Do not throw the old PC/Mac before deactivating.
