CONTROL PANEL

MANUAL USE

❶ PREHEATING:
Press STEP and then + or -
To set the desired temperature.
❷ SELECT STEP 1:
Press the STEP button.
❸ SET COOKING TIME:
Check the time LED is on.
Press + or – to set time or
press – to reach INF mode.
❹ SET COOKING TEMPERATURE:
Press SELECT to light the temp. LED
Press + or – to set temperature.

RECALLING AND STARTING A SAVED PROGRAM

For Programs P1 – P6 select
the desired Program.
Press START/STOP to launch
the program.

❺ SET HUMIDITY:
Press SELECT to light the humidity LED.
Press + or – to set humidity:
OFF for no steam or 20%, 40%, 60%,
80% or 100% steam.
❻ SET AIRFLOW SPEED:
Press SELECT until SP1 or SP2 show.
Press + or – to select speed:
SP1 = 1000 rpm no inversion
SP2 = 2700 rpm with inversion
❼ ADDING EXTRA STEPS:
If needed, add another cooking step.
Press STEP and repeat the above
process.
❽ START COOKING:
Press START/STOP.
Once cooking has finished, you can
press + if you want to repeat the
same process.
For Programs P7 – P99 press
and then
to reach the program.
Press START/STOP.
