5. On the following Account settings screen, you can modify the Admin-
istrator login user name and password. And you can add some
user accounts as Admin, Operator or Viewer. Please click "Next" to
continue.
6. On the following Date/Time settings screen, you can adjust the date
and time to synchronize with PC, manual setting or synchronize
with NTP server. Select the correct Time Zone, then click "Next" to
continue.
