Troubleshooting
WARNING! You must pull out the power plug from the mains outlet before
commencing any cleaning, maintenance or inspection work procedures on
the appliance. Reconnect power to the machine when safe to do so.

Possible Solution
Gently remove obstruction using a long
stick

Completely empty tank (10)
Clean the HEPA filter (16) regularly by
carefully patting it and cleaning it with a
fine brush or hand brush (not supplied).
If suction continues to decreases after
cleaning the filter, replace with a new
HEPA filter.
Clean the foam filter (19) with a little soft
soap under running water. If suction
continues to decrease after cleaning
the filter, replace with a new foam filter.
Completely empty tank (10)
Use the correct filter for the application at
hand. Follow all warnings and instructions
provided in this user manual
Select the Automatic Mode "II" in the
ON/OFF switch (3)
Plug appliance into another mains outlet.
If it doesn't work, the power cord must be
replaced by a certified electrician using
identical replacement parts
