    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION BATTERY IMPORTANT! The battery pack is not charged when it is purchased. Before using the hedger safety precautions, and follow the instructions in the Battery Charger section. To remove the battery (See Figure 2.) : 1.     OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ON/OFF SWITCHES (See Figure 3.) The hedge trimmer has one switch control and a lock-OFF button used together to prevent ac- cidental start-ups or injury. 1. Place one hand on the trigger handle (1). Place the other hand on the Auxiliary handle (4). 2.
