Load calibration data  Launch the scanner software by double-clicking the desktop icon or by selecting the Start menu entry (picture as example here).  When first starting the program, a message is displayed telling you that the calibration data is missing from the program installation folder.

    The object holders in the interior of the scanner are used for accurate positioning of an auditory canal impression. The object holders are mounted magnetically on the base. Other mounting materials are not required. duo Scan and ds Production have two object holders each, mono Scan has one. CAUTION Risk of injury due to closing lid If the lid is open, it can fall down and, for example, injure your hand.
