Explanation
Shifts the keyboard pitch up or down in steps of one oc-
tave.
Shifts the keyboard pitch up or down in semitone steps.
Determines whether the sound generator section is dis-
connected (OFF) from the controller section (keyboard,
pitch bend/modulation lever, knobs, buttons, D Beam
controller, pedal, and so on); or not disconnected (ON).
* Normally this is left "ON," but if you wish to use the
SH-201's keyboard and controllers to control only
external sound modules, set it to "OFF."
Set this parameter "ON" when you want to use an ex-
ternal MIDI keyboard instead of the SH-201's keyboard.
In this case, the MIDI transmit channel of the exter-
nal MIDI keyboard can be set to any channel.
* Normally you will leave this parameter "OFF."
Explanation

On some pedals, the electrical signal output by
the pedal when it is pressed or released is the

effect opposite of what you expect, set this pa-
rameter to "REVERSE."
* If you are using a Roland pedal (that has no po-
larity switch), set this parameter to "STAN-
DARD."
