Do keep enough room in front and behind of the machine. And prevent from laying it in a place of quack, strong electromagnetic disturbance or thick dirt-powder.

More pressure or too long blade tip or too dirty platen or too soft stickiness, all of these factors can cause more resistance to the two faces of paper and make it fall behind the roller rotating, thus result in deformed pattern.

The off-line light (yellow) and the set-up light (green) light up alternatively every second, or light up at the same time once. Now the machine starts transmitting data instead of cutting, please wait for a moment.
