Solution
Check that there is no conflicting driver on the computer.
Check that the driver used for the upgrade has been
properly installed.
Check that the USB cable has been properly connected to
the computer and phone.
Check that the USB cable has been properly connected to
the computer and phone.
Check that the USB driver has been properly installed.
Check that the upgrade file version is correct.
Perform the upgrade again.
Check that the upgrade file is correct.
Check that the upgrade method is correct.
Check that the microSD card functions properly.
Perform the upgrade again.
