Powering On/Off & Charging
1.
Remove the protective cover and
insert the supplied USB cable
here to recharge the Iridium
battery.
2.
Press the Power/Back button for
2 seconds to turn on the SARLink
SOS-300 (press the Power/Back
button for 2 seconds to turn off
the SARLink SOS-300).
Note: The 406 MHz battery cannot be recharged.
The 406 MHz battery should be replaced 7 years
from the date of manufacture, or after use in an
emergency, or prior to the battery expiration
date shown on the SARLink SOS-300.
The Iridium battery can be recharged and should
be recharged based on the status of the battery
indicator symbol :
