Possible causes
1. A discrepancy between the internal map and the devices
installed on the Data Circuit (serial #, personality code, or
device type)
2. Device ID entered incorrectly into SDU database
3. More than 124 "T-taps" on a data circuit
4. Excessive circuit resistance
5. Excessive circuit capacitance
1. An intermittent connection causing one or more devices to
loose then re-establish communication with the Signature
controller module
2. A defective device or detector base
1. There is a discrepancy between the device type recorded on
the internal map and the device installed on the Data Circuit
