Random
play
Press the RANDOM button to start random play.
The CD changer will automatically
select and play discs
and tracks at random. "RANDOM
appears on the display.
Press the RANDOM
button after the disc indicator
stops blinking.
Each time the RANDOM
button is pressed
during
random play, the CD changer will select next random
disc and track.
If the
, OPEN/CLOSE,w
or
H
button are pressed,
random play is canceled.
NOTE:
During random
play, the CD changer
might play a
selection twice, but it will not play the same selection
two times in a row.
Disc check
Press the DISC CHECK button during the stop mode to
play approximately
the first 10 seconds of the first track of
each disc.
When the DISC CHECK
button is pressed,
the DISC
CHECK
indicator
will light and "d-CH" appears
on the
display.

Press the EM button to skip to the next disc. Each time
the button is pressed, the CD changer will skip to the
next disc.
Press the DISC CHECK
button again to return to
normal play. The DISC CHECK indicator will go off.
Press the
button to skip to the next disc during the
disc check mode.
If the
button or OPEN/CLOSE
button is pressed, the
disc check mode will be canceled. The DISC CHECK
indicator will go off.
Repeat play function
This unit has three different
repeat
modes.
Press the
REPEAT button repeatedly to select the desired mode in
the following
sequence.
The selected
repeat
mode is
shown on the display.

(Repeat one track)
ALL
REPEAT

(Repeat all tracks on the selected disc)
CONTINUE

(Repeat all the tracks on all discs)

(Normal play mode)
NOTES:
During programmed
play, only "REPEAT ONE
and
"REPEAT ALL" can be selected.
If the
or OPEN/CLOSE
button is pressed, the repeat
mode is canceled.
The CD changer remains in the repeat mode when the
POWER is turned off and on again.
Direct track selection
Play can be started immediately
from the desired track on
any disc, using the controls on the front panel.
While a disc is being played, it is possible to switch immedi-
ately to a particular track on the disc.
First select the disc to be played by pressing the DISC
SELECTOR
button, then press K< or
FM
button to select
the desired track to be played. To begin play, press the WII
button.
If a track number higher than the last track on the disc is
selected, the last track will be played.
Direct track selection is not possible in the program play
mode.
