Problem
"Incorrect password." Is displayed
on the login screen.
"Incorrect password." Is displayed
on the password change screen.
"Please verify your password
again." is displayed on the
password change screen.
"Use another password." is
displayed on the password change
screen.
"Password setting incomplete." is
displayed on the password change
screen.
"Your password cannot be deleted."
is displayed on the password
management screen.
"Your level cannot be changed." is
displayed on the password
management screen.
Cause
An unregistered
password was entered.
An incorrect password
was entered in the
Current password field.
The entered New
password and Confirm
password are different.
The password that has
been already registered is
tried to be registered.
There are items that are
not entered.
Your password was tried
to be deleted.
Your level was tried to be
changed.
4.1 What to Do If an Error Occurs
Solution
Enter the registered password.
Enter the registered password correctly.
Enter the same password in the New
password and Confirm password fields.
Enter an unregistered new password.
Enter all items.
Your password cannot be deleted.
If you want to delete it, select "System
Setting" > "Operation Security Password"
from the GTWIN menu and change the
setting content.
Your security level cannot be changed.
If you want to change it, select "System
Setting" > "Operation Security Password"
from the GTWIN menu and change the
setting content.
