The battery has been depleted.
The battery is installed incorrectly.
There is dirt on the lens or the lens cover.
Wrong password entered.
There are too many programs running
simultaneously on the smart device.
Choose the wrong USB connection mode
Solution
Charge the battery.
Please follow the charging instructions in the
manual to install the battery.
Clean with a clean, lint-free dry cloth.
Please re-enter the password. If you have forgotten
the changed password, you can use the reset
function to restore the password (initial password:
12345678)
Please close other unnecessary programs running
on the smart device.
Confirm the USB connection mode set in the
menu. If there is need to read or save videos,
please select Mass Storage. If there is need to
serve as a video chat (Skype) camera, please select
Web Cam.
