Always align top of the head restraint with the top of your
head or as close to it as possible. To raise the head restraint,
press the lock knob and pull the restraint up. To lower the
head restraint, press the lock knob and push the head
restraint down.
Removing Seat Head Restraint
The head restraint can be pulled out completely by
depressing the locking button while pulling the restraint out.
Installing Seat Head Restraint
Align the head restraint shafts over the holes on the seat top
and push the restraint straight down till you hear the lock
click.
Keep the seat back as upright as possible so the headrest is
behind, not beneath, and almost touching your head.

WARNING
Never drive with the head restraints not properly
adjusted, head restraints removed or inserted in a
flipped condition. With no support behind your head,
your neck could be seriously injured in a collision.
