1�Checkthepowercordfordamage�
2�Ensurethehoseassemblyisproperlyconnectedandre-testthecanister�
3�Ifcanisterdoesnotpowerup,continue to Step 2
B� Step 2.
1�Makesurethewalloutletisprovidingpowerandre-testthecanister�
2�Ifcanisterdoesnotpowerup,continue to Step 3
B� Step 3.
1�Removethehoseassembly�
2�Connecttheoriginalhoseassemblytoaknownfunctionaltestcanisterandre-testusingthiscanister�
3�Ifthetestcanisterdoesnotpoweruptheoriginalhoseisdefective�Replacethehoseandre-testtheoriginalcanisterwiththe
newhose�
4�Ifthetestcanisterpowersupwiththeoriginalhose:
•Dis-assemblethecover(SeePage 5, A. Cover Dis-assembly InstructionsSteps1-3)
•MakesureboththeblackandwhitetwowireconnectorsandwiresaresecureintheirsocketsonthePCconnectorboard�

•Re-testcanister�
5�Ifcanisterstilldoesnotpowerup,continue to Step 4.

1�Removedustcoverassembly�(Seepage 5, A. Cover Dis-assembly Instructions�)
2�LiftofftopcoverinordertoseePCboard�
3�Verifyallelectricalconnectionsaresecurelymade,includinghose�
4�Ensurethattheeight(8)wiresaresecureinthe9-pinconnector�
5�CheckforblinkingLEDlightatthelowercornerofthemainPCboardnexttothecordreel�
6�IftheLEDlightisblinkingskip to Step 7.
7�IftheLEDlightisNOTblinking:
•Checkthefuse�
•Ifthefuseisgood,continue to Step 5.
•Ifthefuseisbad,replacefuse–12�5V15A-andre-testthecanister�
•Re-assemblecanisterifgood�
B� Step 5.
1�Checkthecordreelassembly:
•Removecordreel�
•Checkconnectoroncordreelforburntspot�
•Plugintooutletandusetestlightorvoltmeterwhichshouldread110-120VOLTS�
2�Ifthecordreeltestsgood, continue to Step 6.
3�IfthecordreeldoesNOTtestgood,replacethecordreelandthenre-testthecanister�
4�Re-assemblecanisterifgood�
5�IfthereisstillnopowertothePCboardgo to Step 6.
