Advanced-Mode DOCSIS Set-Top Gateway 1.2 for the Cisco CMTS Routers
Purpose
Enters interface configuration mode for the
specified cable interface.
(Optional, but recommended) Configures the
interface to accept traffic only from the associated
access list, so that only authorized devices are
allowed to access the DSG tunnels.
Exits interface configuration mode and returns to
privileged EXEC mode.
Purpose
Enters global configuration mode.
Specifies the modular cable interface and enters
cable interface configuration mode. Variables for
this command may vary depending on the Cisco
CMTS router and the Cisco IOS-XE software
release.
Disables A-DSG forwarding and DCD messages
on the primary capable interface.
