DESCRIPTION
All LEDs are off.
All LEDs are on.
Left RED LED is flashing.
Left to Right "chase"
alternating with steady display.
All LEDs are flashing slowly.
00 Stall Timeout or user error.
00 Recharge batteries or replace.
SECTION 3—SAFETY INSPECTION/TROUBLESHOOTING
DEFINITION
Power is off.
Power is on.
Battery charge is low.
Joystick is in programming,
inhibit and/or charging mode.
Joystick has detected Out- of-
Neutral-at-Power-Up mode.
Release joystick to neutral and try again.
Check the batteries and cable. Try charging the
batteries. Batteries may require replacing.

COMMENTS
Fewer than three LEDs on implies
reduced battery charge.
The batteries should be charged
as soon as possible.
The steady LEDs indicate the
current state of the battery
charge.
Release the joystick to Neutral.
