1-11 Compressor relay RY1
(1) It is ON during operation, and when operation is
stopped, goes OFF after a delay of 150 seconds
(not immediately).
(2) The minimum OFF time of the relay is 30 seconds.
It will not go ON again before 30 seconds elapses.
