4.2 Fault Indication

If a fault occurs during operation of the
heating system, it will be displayed by the
control unit. The display code will indicate
the cause of the fault, and you can inform
your heating contractor accordingly. Your
heating contractor will then be able to rectify
the fault quickly and efficiently.

is additionally reported.
In turn, the display on the control unit will tell
you the cause of the fault.

Not every "irregularity" in the system is a
defect in the Dekamatik; these are
dependent on the unit's programming (i.e.
DHW circulation pump shut-off). In such an
instance, review prescribed settings of the
Dekamatik unit.
Using the scan function, you can read off

the error source on the display yourself and

inform your heating contractor accordingly.

The error is displayed.
By pressing the "i" button you can access
the address and telephone number of your
heating contractor if this information has
been entered by the heating contractor.
The error message is cancelled by pressing
the specified button (ACKNOWLEDGE).
However, it will re-appear at 0.00 HRS on
the following day if the fault has not been
remedied in the meantime.
Any visual or acoustic alarm installed will
likewise be re-activated at 0.00 HRS.
