Call Transfer
Cal transfer can be done in the following ways:
ü Blind Transfer
Press the Trans button or the Trans soft key during a call. The call is placed on hold.

Enter the number you want to transfer to.
o
Press the Trans button or the Trans soft key.
o
ü Semi-Attended Transfer
Press the Trans button or the Trans soft key during a call. The call is placed on hold.
o
Enter the number you want to transfer to and then press the #/ send key.
o
Press the Trans button or the Trans soft key when you hear the ring-back tone.
o
ü Attended Transfer
Press the Trans button or the Trans soft key during a call. The call is placed on hold.
o
Enter the number you want to transfer to, and press the hash or send key.
o
o Press the Trans button or the Trans soft key when the second party answers.
Call Conference
ü Press the Conf soft key during an active call. The call is placed on hold.
ü Enter the number of the second party, and then press the Send soft key.
ü Press the Conf soft key again when the second party answers. All parties are now joined in the conference.
ü Press the Cancel soft key to disconnect all parties.
To enable call forward:
ü Press the Menu soft key when the phone is idle, and then select Features > Call Forward.
Select the desired forward type:
ü
Always Forward = Incoming calls are forwarded unconditionally.
o
Busy Forward = Incoming calls are forwarded if the phone is busy.
o
No Answer Forward = Incoming calls are forwarded if not answered after a period of time.
o
ü Enter the number you want to forward to. For No Answer Forward, press arrow or arrow to select the
ü ring time to wait before forwarding.
ü Press the Save soft key to accept the change.
Speed dial
ü Press the Menu soft key when the phone is idle, and then select Features > DSS Keys.
ü Select the desired line key, and press the Enter soft key.
ü Select Speed Dial from the Type field, select the desired line from the Account ID field, and enter the number in the Value field.
ü Press the Save soft key to accept the change.
To use the speed dial key:
ü Press the speed dial key to dial out the present number.
Voicemail
ü Message waiting indicator on the idle screen indicates that one or more voice messages are waiting at the message centre.
ü The MESSAGE key LED lights up.
To listen to voice messages:
ü Press the Message key or the Conn soft key.
ü Follow the voice prompts to listen to your voice messages.
Call History
ü Press the History soft key when the phone is idle, press or to scroll through the list.
ü Select an entry from the list, you can do the following:
If you press the Option soft key, you can also do the following:
ü Select Detail to view detailed information about the entry.
ü Select Add to Contact to add the entry to the local directory.
ü Select Add to Blacklist to add the entry to the blacklist.
ü Select Del All to delete all entries from the list.
