ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

Unit has been stored in freezing temperatures
Water inlet filter clogged
Kink in water supply hose
Lance nozzle worn or damaged
Air in pump
Injection tube not properly attached to unit
Tube cracked or split
High pressure nozzle fitted
Suction nozzle blocked
Trigger lock engaged
Worn bearings
Tappet clearances excessive
Cavitation in pump
Inlet restriction
Cavitation in pump
Wrong grade of oil
Oil too high / low

REMEDY
Top up oil level
Turn switch ON
Operate trigger
Clean nozzle
Return to Sealey stockist to have reflux valve adjusted
Turn on mains water or increase supply
Thaw out completely including hose, gun and wand
Clean out filter
Straighten out hose
Replace nozzle
Refer to section 5.1 - 5.1.3 and bleed air out of system
Push tube firmly on to suction nozzle
Replace tubing
Fit low pressure nozzle (BLACK)
Clean nozzle
Release trigger lock
Return to Sealey stockist for bearing replacement
Return to Sealey stockist for servicing.
Check inlet hose for correct size or leaks
Check inlet hose for correct size, blockages or leaks
Check inlet hose for correct size or leaks
Use recommended oil
Adjust oil level to recommended level
