1. Introduction Thank you for choosing a KEM refractometer. This refractometer (RA-620/RA-600) is a precision instrument which measures the refractive index of liquid samples. The reflection signal of LED light from prism received by CCD (charge-coupled device) is computed by the built-in processor, and measurement results appear on display immediately.

3-2. Supply Reference Water Reference water used for check and calibration plays an important role as check point or reference point in maintaining performance and reliability of RA-620/RA-600 refractometer. Therefore, the quality of water has to meet the following conditions.
