Remove the back cover and remove the battery as shown (direction of the arrow).

3. Basic functions

3.1 Switch-on/off
When power is sufficient, press and hold the end key to switch on. If you have activated a
password or a PIN code, you will be prompted to enter it. Normally the phone is ready for use
as soon as you enter the password or the PIN code. For details on the use of the PIN code
and password, please refer to Menu> Settings> Security> Card settings. When the phone is
on, press and hold the key end to turn it off.
3.2 Making a call
1) Type the phone number or select one contact in the phone book, then press Call key.
2) To end the call, press END/PWR key.
3.3 Loud Speaker
This function is a convenient feature which enables you to call using loud speaker. When you
need, press [OK] key in the call could switch to using loud speaker.
3.4 Receiving a call
1) When the phone rings or vibrates (if the Vibrate Mode is enabled), press Call key to answer.
Press [Left Soft] key, mute ringing or vibrating or pressing END/PWR key to cancel the
coming call directly.
2) To end an answered call, press END/PWR key.
