  • Why is my OneControl tablet not connecting to the RV?

    There are several reasons why your OneControl tablet might not be connecting to the RV's control panel and their solutions:

    • No connection to the OneControl® Hub:
      • Check the connection in the Wifi Manager application. If the connection is weak, move closer to the OneControl® hub.
      • If that doesn't resolve the issue, place the tablet into the OneControl® docking station. The docking station is wired to the system and should connect the tablet to the OneControl® Hub.
      • Try relocating the OneControl® Hub away from appliances like microwaves or refrigerators.
    • No power to the OneControl® system:
      • Check power connections to the OneControl® hub, multi-function receiver, and digital switch. Repair and replace as necessary.
    • Not in range of the OneControl® Hub:
      • Move closer to the OneControl® Hub.

  • How do I pair my OneControl tablet with my RV's systems?

    To pair your OneControl tablet with your RV's systems, you need to connect it to the OneControl® Wireless Network. Follow these steps:

    1. On the OneControl® home page, select "Apps & Internet.”
    2. On the "Apps and Internet Browser," select the “WiFi Manager."
    3. Locate the OneControl® Hub or Range Extender and find the label containing the SSID and password for the OneControl® system.
    4. Match the SSID on the OneControl® Hub or Range Extender to the corresponding SSID in the "Wifi Manager."
    5. Select the SSID and enter the password found on the OneControl® Hub or Range Extender, then press "Connect."

  • My OneControl tablet isn't charging, what should I check?

    If your OneControl® tablet is not turning on because the battery is dead, you should:

    1. Hook the OneControl® tablet into the wall mount docking station to charge it.
    2. If the tablet still does not turn on after being charged, it may need to be replaced. You should contact Lippert Customer Service at (574) 537-8900.

    The OneControl® Control Panel is accessed within the OneControl® application on the tablet. When powering on or waking the tablet, the OneControl® application will run automatically as it is pre-configured to do so. In order for the OneControl® application to present the operator with the OneControl® Control Panel, there MUST be power to the coach.

    Power On/Off To power ON the OneControl® tablet, hold and release the power button for 2-3 seconds (Fig. 1). NoTe: It will take a few moments to start up and load the system. To enter or exit sleep mode, press and release the power button.

    The hub and range extender does not keep configuration data, so when troubleshooting wireless connection concerns, ensure the tablet can operate the OneControl®Control Panel when housed in the docking station.     Play Store applications, viewing web pages and email, and setting date/ time. NoTe: The wireless hub cannot be used as a Wi-Fi hotspot. The OneControl® tablet is Wi-Fi capable and may be used to access the internet, but a usable Wi-Fi connection MUST be available.

    NoTe: Password protection will only be on tablets manufactured on or after 7-13-15. • If the tablet is outside of the dock and connected to the system via WiFi, clicking on “OneControl® Control Panel” from the main OneControl® screen will show the attached password screen (Fig. 10A). The default PIN is 1234.
